On February 9th, the ninth day of the first lunar month in the Year of the Tiger, the first day of work after the holiday at Zhengyang Group, we organized safety education and training for all employees, as well as a variety of team training sessions. We guided all positions and employees to focus and return to their positions, laying a good foundation for the work of the new year.

A morale display group consisting of seven squads shouted a unified command to take the stage, standing at attention, taking a moment to rest, turning left and right, saluting, and finishing the ceremony. Each person conscientiously completed the instructions given by the captain, showcasing their best demeanor and highest morale to everyone.

How can a bottle of water be transported from its origin to its destination in the shortest possible time without the need for manual assistance? Each group in Zhengyang brainstormed and leveraged their collaborative strengths to successfully complete this round of tasks, and everyone deeply appreciated the importance of collaboration.

A light bamboo pole requires a group of people to land the pole simultaneously without supporting, gripping, or sliding it. This seemingly simple training allows everyone to experience the importance of consistent goals, steps, unity, and synchronization in the process.

The personnel participating in the training need to wear eye masks, shuffle the order, and then follow the captain's command to stand in the designated position. If they do not follow the command and allow their personality to complete the task without being visible, it is extremely difficult. The seven groups completed the positioning excellently according to the requirements.

If our way of thinking has problems, the harder we work, the farther away we will be from the results we want. After fierce competition, each group put in all their efforts and smoothly started the work of the Year of the Tiger with the attitude of passing five levels and defeating six generals. The judges carefully evaluated and finally awarded the first, second, and third prizes for recognition and motivation. The groups with lower scores were also given the "Healthy Gift Pack" with Zhengyang characteristics.
