On October 25th, 2004, Shandong Liangshan Zhengyang trailer accessories Co., Ltd. was established to establish the brand of "Zhengyang", and the chairman of the company, liguangjian, was mainly engaged in sales.
In 2007, the company changed from simple sales to a company integrating production and sales, and built suspension workshop. In 2008, the company expanded its suspension workshop.
In 2011, the office building and axle production workshop were built and started to use in 2012.
On December 2013, the company was awarded as Jining High-tech enterprise.
On November 2014, the company undertook the engineering technology research project of Jining transportation vehicle suspension system. In the same year, the company was awarded as a national high-tech enterprise, invested in building a wine and luxury store, and began to use it in 16 years.
On January 2016, the company was renamed Shandong Zhengyang Machinery Co., Ltd. in March of the same year, the company launched the establishment of Shandong special automobile Intellectual Property Protection Alliance.
In January 2017, the company's trademark was awarded as a famous trademark of Shandong Province. In November of the same year, Shandong Zhengyang Technology Co., Ltd. was established. The foundation was founded in April 19, 2018, and the construction was officially started in July.
On August 2018, the company was awarded as a contract abiding and trustworthy enterprise in Shandong Province. In September of the same year, Zhengyang Machinery Co., Ltd. was renamed Shandong Zhengyang Machinery Co., Ltd.
In May 2019, a technical research and development cooperation agreement was signed with Wuhan University of technology. In July of the same year, all the first phase of Zhengyang science and technology project was completed, and trial production began in the first ten days of August.
On November 30, 2019, Shandong Zhengyang group was established, and was awarded as: advanced green and environmental protection enterprises, product innovation enterprises, advanced export foreign exchange earning enterprises, and "May 1" labor award of Liangshan County.
