However, compared with the 1:1.7 ratio of developed countries in the international automobile industry, there is still a huge room for the domestic auto parts industry to improve.

Foreign famous auto parts enterprises strengthen their strategy of expanding production capacity and deepening in China Distribution Bureau, and the market competition in domestic auto parts industry is increasing. But at present, there is a serious differentiation phenomenon in the domestic auto parts industry. 4. Independent and foreign / joint venture parts enterprises, with huge margin in profitability

In terms of economic indicators of mass, such as total industrial output value, main business income, total fixed assets and number of employees, the annual average growth rate of domestic parts industry is higher than that of the whole automobile industry, and the share of which is also increasing. In terms of economic indicators representing benefits, such as asset liability ratio, current asset turnover rate, net profit rate and total labor productivity, most of them are lower than the overall growth rate of automobile industry, highlighting the hidden worries of industry economic operation caused by fierce market competition in parts industry, especially in comparison of profitability between independent and foreign / joint venture parts enterprises.

5. Domestic parts industry localization research and development investment is low, and innovation ability is insufficient

The average level of R & D investment in domestic parts industry is 0.2 (R & D expenses account for the proportion of operating income), while less than 10% of the R & D investment of parts enterprises in developed countries such as Europe, America, Japan and South Korea, there is still a gap between domestic and foreign R & D investment. Overall, most of the foreign-funded parts enterprises are in Huawei production and manufacturing base, without R & D technology import and corresponding local innovation investment. Under the comparison of the continuous improvement of scale indicators such as output value and operating income, R & D investment is seriously insufficient. However, the awareness of R & D innovation of domestic independent parts enterprises is still insufficient. The product development is mainly imitated and reverse developed, and the R & D investment is generally low. Meanwhile, the enterprises of independent parts are limited by the poor foundation, weak profitability and fuzzy medium and long-term strategic planning, serious shortage of independent innovation and positive R & D, and loss of core competitiveness, which continue to lead to the vicious cycle of insufficient market share, weak profitability and low R & D investment. They have been in a difficult situation of passive market pursuit and technology being controlled by people for a long time.

6. The difficulty of talent attraction, talent training and brain drain in independent enterprises is serious

There are serious human resource problems in the development of domestic parts industry. According to the data of talent flow in automobile industry from 2006 to 2016, the proportion of talents flowing to parts industry is low among the professional automobile talents, multi composite talents and special talents, including the graduates and experts of thousand talents planning. However, the small proportion of the personnel entering the independent parts enterprises is more serious in the talents who flow to the parts industry on a small scale. Foreign funded and joint venture parts enterprises attract high-quality graduates and middle and high-level talents with better employment City area, mature vocational training system, higher salary and welfare system and brand influence. The independent enterprises and relevant scientific research institutions are trapped in the difficulty of human resource recruitment and brain drain, which has become an important bottleneck for the innovation and development of enterprises and the continuous growth of enterprises.

7. The structural excess of medium and low-end capacity in the industry is still serious

According to incomplete statistics, the number of domestic small and medium-sized and micro parts enterprises accounts for more than 90%, but its output value accounts for less than 20% of the total scale of domestic parts industry. Among them, most small and micro enterprises are independent parts enterprises, which are scattered, disordered and poor. The problem of industrial structure with the high proportion of domestic small enterprises is still prominent. In terms of the structure of subdivision products, traditional chassis enterprises still occupy the mainstream, and the high-tech and high value-added products enterprises are still relatively small. The proportion of domestic parts enterprises engaged in chassis system and general standard parts, such as human intensive, resource intensive and low technical threshold, accounts for more than half, still high, while the number of high added value electronic and electrical system enterprises is relatively small.
